Major News of the Week: Israel was attacked over 160 times by Palestinian Islamic Jihad, a terrorist group in Gaza . This was "in response" to Israel assassinating a leader of the Gaza-based group whose stated goals are is the destruction of Israel, World Jewry, and the creation of a world Caliphate through war. No US news organization has reported this as front-page news, but some, like NBC and CNN, have articles claiming Israel killed children in Gaza in response and omitting the hundreds of rockets fired save for a sentence towards the end of the article. It turns out the "killing of children" was by Islamic Jihad rockets, as a video caught on camera. Israel managed to eliminate all major Islamic Jihad commanders in the operation, even keeping terrorist leaders children safe in the process .
