The Big News:
Israel's Coalition Government has lost its majority:
This does not mean the government will collapse necessarily, as the Opposition is split. But its brokered mandate to govern has become fully dysfunctional. Even if every single person in the coalition votes in favor of a full-Knesset motion, it will need some opposition members to succeed.
The Israeli government is currently for Passover, facing Ramadan Islamo-Arab terrorism, and a mass surge of immigrants from Ukraine.
Here’s to hoping Israel changes their electoral rules, starting with bringing the number of Knesset members up to 121, down to 118 (Chai), and kicking terror-supporting parties.
One can only hope instability in the Holy Land will Passover soon, and for the better.
Baruch Hashem.
Update: It didn't Passover soon. But once Mosciach has arrived, it will seem like that to our descendants.
